Go to Appearance > Customizer > Homepage Sections > Blank Sections
There are five Custom section available. In Each Blank section you can add Widgets from the Widget panel. You can Choose single column layout, two column layout, Three column and Four Column layout to show your widgets in your site.
Top Blank Section will appear on the top of your site whereas you can place other four custom section anywhere on the site.
You can Disable or enable the custom section anytime you want.
