Wpzita provides website and software services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions.By purchasing or using one of our themes/plugin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the T&C described below.
Theme Licensing & Usage
All Wpzita products are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You may modify and use the themes on unlimited number of websites.
Theme Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who are the active member of Wpzita.
Theme Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.9 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our products is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0 (requirements).
Browser Compatibility
Our themes support all modern web browsers.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Wpzita. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

The stock images used on our demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT part of the theme package. All images are subject to the copyright of their respective owners.
Refunds
Refund will be issued in case of any bug in the theme/plugin. And our dev team is not able to resolve it. You have up to thirty (14) days from the day of purchase to request a refund/exchange as per our guarantee. Refund/exchange requests must be given via email which must include your registered username/Mail ID. Upon requesting a refund/exchange, please note, it can take up to three business days for us to complete that request.
– Refund won’t be available on recurring amount
Warranty
Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.
